If you can't find your answer here, our heroes are happy to assist you.

Through our webshop you can easily add your products to the shopping cart. Once all your products are added, you have the option to log in (if you already have an account), register (if you don't have an account but want one), or continue as a guest without logging in. Note: even if you proceed without logging in, you still need to fill in the same information, as we need your billing and delivery address.

If you choose to register, you only need to enter your information once, and you can easily view your quotes, orders, and invoices later, or change your information.

You can also place your order via email or through the contact form.Please clearly describe which variant(s) you want (color, height, ...). We will send you an order confirmation within 2 business days.

You can request a quote via the webshop. First, search for all the products you are considering purchasing. Add them to your wishlist.

Once in the wishlist, you can choose between "Place Order" and "Request Quote". Choose "Request Quote".

If you are logged in, the quote will be saved in your account. If you wish to accept the quote, you can also do this through your account.

You can also request a quote viaemail or through the contact form. Please clearly describe which variant(s) you want (color, height, ...). We will provide you with a customized quote within 2 business days.

Idemax (Playground Furniture and Cour de Récré) has a limited showroom in Mol.
You can make an appointment to come by and discuss the products.

Additionally, we are also working on an active demo garden where you can eventually view our products.

All products are extensively documented on the webshop with, among other things, photos in use, descriptions, and manuals.

Products that are made to order can, in most cases, not be canceled or modified once you have received the order confirmation..You can still add products as long as the order has not been marked as completed. However, this will shift delivery time.

Adding stock products to an order is possible as long as the previous order has not yet been shipped. If the order has already been packed, a new sales order will be created with possibly a separate delivery date.

But it is best to contact us about thiscontactand we will gladly look together at what is still possible.

Most play equipment and furniture are delivered ready to use, so no assembly is required. Larger items, which cannot be shipped in one piece, are delivered in pre-assembled parts. Assembly is also very easy and straightforward. However, some items do need to be anchored (mandatory).

All our play furniture is submitted to and approved by the TÜV SUD BENELUX certification body, which is a designated certification institution (AKI) for the Netherlands and Belgium.

Products that are considered play equipment have a certificate that confirms compliance with the mandatory European standard EN1176.

You will find this certificate at the back of the manual, on the product page of the relevant device.

TÜV does not consider seating furniture, picnic tables, and the like as play equipment, therefore they do not fall under EN1176 regarding play equipment in public places (which also includes schools).

Since we have a lot of experience with play equipment, we apply the same rules in designing furniture that also apply to play equipment.

  • All our play and seating furniture is machine-finished with a post-processing (not required by law if it is not play equipment, much furniture is not finished).
  • Our material does not splinter, no nail connections are used, all fastening materials are stainless steel.
  • Platforms are not play equipment but are still nicely rounded & we intentionally keep them under 60 cm so that a fall-breaking layer is not necessary.
  • etc.

Exceptions:

  • Only a few products may be subject to 6% VAT for schools in Belgium:
    in case of delivery with the installation of products that are buried in the ground and secured with stabilized sand or concrete. So only items with a “immovable character“.
    Light anchoring with nail plugs unfortunately does not qualify for this favorable VAT scheme.
    For example: buried courses anchored with stabilized sand, climbing holds glued to a wall, large play structures, sandbox borders placed in stabilized sand, chairs and sandbox tables secured in stabilized sand.
    For example not: movable or lightly anchored playground equipment and furniture, play panels against a wall,... These are not considered “immovable.”
  • Schools or companies in the foreign (i.e., outside Belgium) that possess a VAT number can shift the VAT. We will not charge VAT on their invoice.

Payment must be made in advance before the delivery takes place. Only after receiving the payment will we process your order.

Schools, public authorities, and companies may, if they wish, pay afterwards (after delivery). The invoice will be sent by email after delivery. Please let us know if you wish to receive the invoice in advance.

Het factuur wordt na de levering per e-mail verzonden. Gelieve een seintje te geven indien u het factuur reeds vooraf wenst te ontvangen.

For payment after delivery, we apply 7, 15, or 30 days after the invoice date. This depends on the approval by our financial services.

Yes, in most cases. An exception is if a product comes from an external partner, there may not be a delivery date available. This depends on the product:

  • for the delivery of our play and seating furniture, our transport company will contact you in advance to agree on a suitable delivery date. You can provide a time indication, albeit with an interval of at least 4 hours. If desired, we can ask the driver to call you half an hour before delivery. The transport company will take these wishes into account as much as possible.
  • Products that we have in stock are usually shipped and delivered within 5 working days via DHL or our transport company. Once your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a track-and-trace link that allows you to follow the delivery process. You will also be notified by email when the package is shipped or delayed.

  • Products coming from another warehouse are also delivered via a courier (DHL, PostNL). In this case, you may not be notified in advance.

When shipping to schools, we always take school holidays into account and, if possible, also the regular school hours. However, with courier services, we do not always have control over the time a package is delivered.

If the first delivery attempt fails, there will always be a second attempt.

If this also fails, the package will be returned. When a delivery fails due to incorrect or missing information, we will look together for a new delivery option. Any additional shipping costs will be charged to the recipient in that case.

No, installation is not included. However, our play equipment and furniture are usually delivered ready to use, so no assembly is required. If you would like the purchased items to be installed, please let us know. We will then see if a contractor can carry out the work (depending on schedule, distance to the site, ground conditions, etc.). If installation is possible, we will be happy to provide you with a quote.

Of course, for larger projects and whether or not to set up a play area, a customized quote will always be provided, and the price for installation will be included.

Yes, we also deliver during school holidays, with exception of schools. We will always contact you in advance to agree on a specific delivery date.

Since most schools are closed during the holidays, we will wait to ship your order until after the holiday

If there is someone present at the school who can receive the package during the holiday, please let us know, and we will send the package.

You will always receive a tracking number with which you can follow your order. In most cases, the package will be delivered within two days. However, we can never guarantee this 100%.

You can also provide an alternative or private address where we can send the package. Please keep in mind that our packages can sometimes be large and heavy. Therefore, let us know that it is a private address. There must always be someone present at a private address to receive the package.

Yes, you can. During the ordering process, you will be able to indicate the delivery method. If the products you wish to order all come from our warehouse, the option to select "PICK UP" will also appear.

Our warehouse is located in Mol.

As a cherry on top, you will also receive a voucher for your next order on our website because we save both CO2 and kilometers on our transport.

The delivery time depends on the product. Some products are in stock with us, while others are only produced after confirmation of the order.

  • Usually in stock (shipped within 5 working days):

    • Play panels
    • Climbing wall panels / Climbing grips
    • Road paint / stencils
    • play blocks
    • Donuts
    • Cubes
    • Mirrors
    • Pencil trash cans

If at least 1 piece is in stock, it is indicated as "in stock" in the webshop. However, this does not guarantee that larger quantities can also be delivered immediately.

When one or more products are temporarily out of stock, we postpone the delivery so that everything can be delivered together. This is done in consultation with you, the customer, who will be informed regardless.

  • Below is a list of products that we do not keep in stock ourselves and an indication of the delivery time:

    • Seating furniture (Sofas, Tables, Picnic tables,...): ± 4 - 6 weeks. Once these are produced, our transport company will contact you to arrange a suitable delivery date.
    • Info boxes: ± 4 weeks
    • Fall tiles: ± 2 weeks
    • Ball catcher: ± 2 weeks

As soon as your order is ready for shipment, you will receive a track-and-trace link that allows you to follow the delivery process. You will also be notified by email when the package is shipped or delayed.

The delivery time may occasionally deviate from the standard delivery times mentioned above, and we will keep you informed as much as possible.

Our products are shipped from different warehouses.

Some products are in stock and can be shipped immediately, while others are only produced after the order.

Therefore, it is possible that your order arrives at different times.

We will inform you of this in advance - to the extent possible.

We cover the shipping costs.

Sometimes you may need a small product that doesn't cost much. For these orders under 200 euros, we charge a shipping fee of 29 euros. Unfortunately, this is unavoidable, as otherwise we would incur a loss on your order.

If it turns out that the packaging is damaged upon delivery, please take photos of the unopened packaging. Receive the order subject to reservation.

If the product itself is also damaged, please also takephotos of the damage, both of the product as a whole and in detail. If known, describe the cause of the damage.

Send the photos and description toinfo@idemax.beso that we can assess the damage. If it turns out that the damage was not caused by improper use, we will send a new product as soon as possible along with a return label to send back the damaged product. The packaging of the replacement product can be used to return the damaged product if necessary.
