This crawl tunnel is intended for preschoolers; they love to lie in it and crawl around. The yellow tube is just over a meter long and is typically anchored on a hard surface. However, there is also a version for placement on soft ground (poles are included). Flowers are optional.
In preschools and childcare, this device can be used without a shock-absorbing surface, provided that only preschoolers are playing and there is constant supervision. In that case, the walking surface inside the tube counts as the maximum fall height. When used by older children or in public places (such as playgrounds of elementary schools), a shock-absorbing surface is mandatory, suitable for a fall height of 90 cm. Forest soil, grass, bark, or sand are suitable natural surfaces for this. There is also a version available for placement in loose ground (such as grass, bark, or sand).
