Idemax continues to grow. With the opening of a new production facility in Mol, we are taking an important step forward — and our customers will notice the difference immediately. For schools, cities and municipalities, this mainly means: faster delivery, greater flexibility and an even stronger focus on quality.
Official opening
The new production hall was officially opened in the presence of Mayor Wim Caeyers and Deputy Mireille Colson, who emphasized the importance of local entrepreneurship and strong companies in the region. Visitors were then given the opportunity to explore the new hall and offices up close.

More capacity, better service
The new site offers significantly more space than our previous location in Verlipark. This allows us not only to produce more but also to maintain a larger inventory and organize our operations more efficiently. This directly translates into better service and shorter lead times.
“This new hall is much more than just extra capacity for us,” says CEO Wouter Cop. “We consciously choose quality, speed, and ambition. We are building a company here that is ready for the future.”
Ready for the future
The expansion comes after the entry of investors last year and fits within a broader growth strategy. Idemax aims to expand further, including internationally. For customers, this concretely means that we can respond more quickly to requests, shorten delivery times, and have extra space to invest in innovation and new products.

Sustainable solutions for schools and public spaces
Idemax develops and produces seating and play furniture that can already be found today in playgrounds, cities, and numerous public locations. The focus is on sustainable materials with a long lifespan, maintenance-friendly solutions, and local production with short supply chains. This way, we help schools and public institutions design their outdoor spaces with a future-oriented approach, without long-term worries.
Locally anchored, with a global perspective
Although Idemax is strongly focused on growth, the anchoring in Mol remains a conscious choice. "We believe that you can grow internationally without losing your local base," says Cop. "From Mol, we continue to build a Belgian quality story that we also want to promote beyond our borders."
With this investment, Idemax is ready to support customers even better — today and in the future.
